1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Dopin.

By using Dopin, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. About Dopin

Dopin is a platform for discovering, sharing, and creating local Dopins (user-generated events and activities). Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and safety of their shared content.

Dopin LLC does not organize, host, or sponsor any events unless explicitly stated.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use Dopin, you must register with your phone number, username, and password. You are responsible for all activities that happen under your account. Do not share your login details or impersonate other people.

Dopin may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our rules, show suspicious activity, or attempt to harm the Service.

4. User Content

You keep ownership of the content you create, such as Dopins, chats, and messages. By posting, you grant Dopin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

• Your content must be lawful, accurate, and respectful.
• You will not post copyrighted material, misleading content, or anything harmful.
• You will not share private information about others without permission.

Dopin may review, modify, or remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

5. Event and Data Submissions

Users can submit factual event data (titles, dates, locations) to help build the community.

• The data is accurate and lawful to share.
• It does not include copyrighted materials, images, or branded content.
• You grant Dopin permission to display that information publicly.

Our team may review and approve or reject event submissions for quality or legal reasons.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Break any laws or regulations.
• Post or share harmful, threatening, or harassing content.
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage Dopin.
• Use Dopin for spam, advertising, or selling products or services.

7. Community Guidelines

You must follow Dopin’s Community Guidelines at all times. We prohibit harassment, hate speech, threats, violence, and discrimination. Accounts that repeatedly break these rules may be suspended or removed.

8. Intellectual Property

All Dopin trademarks, designs, software, and technology are owned by Dopin LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Dopin’s platform without written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Dopin.

9. Disclaimers

Dopin is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that the app will always be safe, secure, or error-free. Dopin does not control or verify events, nor does it guarantee that any Dopin or user activity is risk-free.

You use the app and attend any Dopin activities at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep Dopin safe and reliable, but sometimes things can go wrong. If you ever experience a problem while using the app, our responsibility is limited.

In any case, Dopin’s total legal liability will not be more than $100 USD, or the total amount you’ve paid us (if any) in the past 12 months — whichever is greater. We are not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages that occur during events or because of other users’ actions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to protect and hold harmless Dopin LLC, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses that result from your content, behavior, or misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you’ve violated these Terms, engaged in illegal activity, or endangered others. You may delete your account anytime in your settings.

After termination, your rights to use Dopin end immediately.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Any dispute must be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California, under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. You agree not to join any class-action lawsuit against Dopin.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make major changes, we’ll notify users through the app or website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
